No legal or real estate advice
Payment is due at closing or within 3 business days of contract cancellation
in the event of a transaction is canceled after services have commenced, a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the original service rate will apply.
Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or title disbursement
If paid at closing, PalmPointe must be included on the Commission Disbursement Authorization (CDA)
